1. GHOST HAWK / LAGER / (5% ABV, 23 IBU)

BREWMASTER NOTES: Brewed according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516 using imported malts and American noble hops, this golden export lager is balanced and satisfying. It’s the perfect beer to wash down a Ripper or enjoy with your favorite pizza.


2. APEX PREDATOR / NEIPA / (6.8% ABV, 46 IBU)

BREWMASTER NOTES: At the top of the food chain this New England-style IPA will sink its talons into your palate with loads of fruity character derived from Simcoe, Sultana, and Ekuanot hops.

3. CHERRY DAEDALION / WHEAT / (4% ABV, 12 IBU)

BREWMASTER NOTES: The addition of Michigan-grown Montmorency tart cherries to our “crushable” wheat ale transforms it into a crisp and fruity delight.

4. RAVENDARK / STOUT / (7.3% ABV, 18 IBU)

BREWMASTER NOTES: The aggressive use of roasted grains on top of Irish malt lend the intense and complex flavors of coffee and cocoa to this mighty foreign-style stout. It will transport you to a dark realm where you just might feel Immortal.

5. DAEDALION / AMERICAN WHEAT / (4.2% ABV, 12 IBU)

BREWMASTER NOTES: Named after a character from Ovid’s Metamorphoses who was transformed into a hawk by Apollo, this American-style Wheat Ale will soar into your heart with a feathery touch of Crystal hops that round out the refreshing, bready character derived from wheat and our special blended yeast.

6. SUN SOAK / NE-STYLE SESSION / (4.3% ABV, 2 IBU)

BREWMASTER NOTES: On a hot day sometimes all you want is an easy drinking beer... but you don’t want just any light beer because you’re a hop head! Well soak yourself in this sunny libation brewed with Pilsner malt and British oats, bursted with Simcoe, then dry hopped with NZ Kohatu hops. The crisp notes of lime and pine are bolstered by a subtle background of tropical fruit making this the ultimate summer refresher.

7. SAISON D'AUTOMNE / FALL SEASONAL / (7.2% ABV, 18 IBU)

BREWMASTER NOTES: Our atypical fall beer uses herbs harvested from my back yard to accentuate the peppery, perfumy character of the style. Bee balm, sage, sassafras and spearmint collaborate with the Belgian yeast and a finishing dose of NY grown Centennial hops to create a complex, herbaceous bouquet and flavor.

8. LEAVES TURN / NUT BROWN ALE / (4.3% ABV, 17 IBU)

BREWMASTER NOTES: British Maris Otter and Brown malts comprise the bulk of the grist in this autumn classic. The toasted malt flavors perfectly match the season as we watch the leaves turn color and then fall from their trees.
