1. GHOST HAWK LAGER

[Kellerbier / 5.0%] Brewed according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516 using imported malts and Crystal hops, this American craft golden lager is balanced and satisfying. It’s the perfect beer to wash down a Ripper or enjoy with your favorite pizza.

2. APEX PREDATOR

[New England IPA / 6.8%] At the top of the food chain this New England-style IPA will sink its talons into your palate with loads of fruity character derived from Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops.

3. ELIORA

[SMaSH Pale Ale / 5.9%] This SMASH (single malt and single hop) brew was made with Irish Origin Gold malt and Alora hops. The malt lends the blonde color and smooth texture while the hops impart unique and distinctive notes of pear, melon and yuzu citrus fruit.

4. CLOUDFIGHT

[Double IPA / 8.0%] Featuring Motueka and Idaho 7 with some experimental “Pink 158” added in, the strength of this Double IPA is well masked in fruity notes of lime, pineapple and apricot. Don’t be fooled. This one’s got some fight in it.

5. SPOONBENDER

[India Pale Ale / 7.6%] El Dorado, Mosaic and Experimental “Pink 158” hops are layered on a wheat heavy base while psychic powers transform the ingredients into an array of fruity flavors including passion fruit, orange, guava and pineapple.

6. INTRICATE ORDER V.7

[India Pale Ale w/ Riwaka & Elani / 6.5%] A continuing exploration of nature’s balance: a steady malt base meets a new hop duo. Riwaka brings bright citrus, tropical zest, and a touch of diesel funk, while Elani adds sweet orange, pineapple, and soft tropical depth — forming a vibrant, expressive IPA.

7. SHADOWPLAY

[Schwarzbier / 4.5%] It's a German style of black lager made with "de-bittered" dark roasted malt, which imparts the color and pleasant toasted flavor without the astringency one might expect. The soft flavors and smooth texture are enhanced by the subtle character of Hallertau hops.

8. DUBBELTHINK

[Belgian Dubbel / 7.3%] Caramel and roasted malts, demerara sugar warmth, and a touch of Chinook to keep things sharp. A beer that balances two truths at once… much like its name suggests.

9. BALATON

[Wheat Beer w/ Cherries / 6.3%] Hungarian Balaton cherries are added to our American Winter Wheat imparting a deep red hue and sweet/tart character.

10. FIELDWORK

[Kellerbier w/ Amarillo 4.7%] It’s a non-traditional lager made with Amarillo hops. The assertive hops impart a pronounced bitterness which is balanced by a malt character enhanced by Aromatic malt. Sweet citrus and floral notes are layered atop a smooth, malty texture.

11. RAVENDARK

[Export Stout 7.3%] The aggressive use of roasted grains lend the intense and complex flavors of coffee and cocoa to this mighty foreign-style stout. It will transport you to a dark realm where you just might feel Immortal.

12. HOLLOW GROUND

(Can Pour) [Milk Stout 7.3%] Brewed with 50% crystal and roasted malts, this one is packed with character, which is enhanced by being aged on Ecuadorian cacao nibs. It’s full bodied and complex yet has a pleasant, dry, bittersweet chocolate finish.
