1. GHOST HAWK LAGER

[Kellerbier / 5.0%]

Brewed according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516 using imported malts and Crystal hops, this American craft golden lager is balanced and satisfying. It’s the perfect beer to wash down a Ripper or enjoy with your favorite pizza.

2. APEX PREDATOR

[New England IPA / 6.8%]

At the top of the food chain this New England-style IPA will sink its talons into your palate with loads of fruity character derived from Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops.

3. RAVENDARK

[Export Stout / 7.3%]

The aggressive use of roasted grains on top of Irish malt lend the intense and complex flavors of coffee and cocoa to this mighty foreign-style stout. It will transport you to a dark realm where you just might feel Immortal.

4. UPDRAFT

[Anniversary Maibock / 7.3%]

As hawks that migrate in the spring are aided by the air currents rising from mountain ridges, so will this uplifting lager help us all through these trying times. The golden hue, pleasant malty character and soft finish will surely lift your spirits.

5. BEIRA

[Strong Scotch Ale / 9.0%]

Scottish legend tells of Dark Beira, an old hag who roamed the wilderness and was known as the Queen of Winter. Our tribute to this supreme goddess is a strong, malty, complex ale, which was fermented cool and aged cold. It will certainly fortify you against the wrath of her biting winds.

6. DARKENKOLD

[Belgian Dubbel / 7.5%]

Winter nights call for a warming ale with darkness and complexity. Four types of Belgian malts create the color and body with a hint of chocolate while a special mixed culture of Belgian yeasts impart notes of black cherry and plums with a touch of spice. It's just what you need to break the chill and brighten your mood.

7. BALATON

[Double Wheat + Cherries / 6.5%]

8. SENTIENCE

[West Coast Pale Ale / 5.6%]

This classic, old school American craft ale harkens back to when I first started brewing in the early '90s. Centennial and Mandarina Bavaria hops lend a firm bitterness along with notes of orange citrus rind while three different malts provide the base to bring these flavors into balance.

9. INTRICATE ORDER, VOL.4(20)

[New England IPA / 6.5%]

A different combination of hops will be featured in this series to express the essence of the selected hops and the way their characteristics combine. The malt base will be standardized but this version is brewed with HBC 586 and Riwaka hops.

10. WAYWARD HELLION

[Belgian Golden Ale / 7.9%]

At first it seems so innocent and benign. Light in color, creamy white foam, easy drinking with a soft, spicy character... but wait! You’ve been duped! This is a wolf in sheep’s clothing! It’s too late. This “devil of a beer” has its teeth in you now. There’s no escape.

11. CHERRY DAEDALION

[American Wheat + Cherries / 4.0%]

Named after a character from Ovid’s Metamorphoses who was transformed into a hawk by Apollo, this American-style Wheat Ale will soar into your heart with a feathery touch of Crystal hops that round out the refreshing, bready character derived from wheat and our special blended yeast. The addition of Michigan-grown Montmorency tart cherries to our “crushable” wheat ale transforms it into a crisp and fruity delight.
