1. GHOST HAWK LAGER

[Kellerbier / 5.0%] Brewed according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516 using imported malts and Crystal hops, this American craft golden lager is balanced and satisfying. It’s the perfect beer to wash down a Ripper or enjoy with your favorite pizza.

2. APEX PREDATOR

[New England IPA / 6.8%] At the top of the food chain this New England-style IPA will sink its talons into your palate with loads of fruity character derived from Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops.

3. IDIOT QUOTIENT

[Belgian IPA / 7.2%] The hops work harmoniously with the yeast in this IPA to create complexity and intrigue. German Hüll Melon start things off while NZ Rakau and US Vista finish it in the dry hop. In the results you’ll perceive many notes including Plums, grapes, melon, spice and other stone fruits.

4. SHROPSHIRE LAD

[British Pale Ale / 5.4%] Named after a poem by A.E. Housman this classic style was brewed with traditional English floor malted barley, which lends a full flavor with notes of bisquit, while Willamette hops impart the earthy, flowery character typical of English hops.

5. LEAVES TURN

[Nut Brown Ale / 4.3%] British Maris Otter and Brown malts comprise the bulk of the grist in this autumnal classic. The toasted malt flavors perfectly match the season as we watch leaves turn color and then fall from the trees.

6. LOWBURN

[Marzen / 5.0%] Pilsner, Munich, Caramunich and Melanoidin malts build the foundation while a light addition of experimental hop HS09326 lends a surprising amount of fruity character. This one drinks easy.

7. CRANBERRY DAEDALION

[American Wheat w/ Cranberries / 4.3%] Named after a character from Ovid’s Metamorphoses who was transformed into a hawk by Apollo, this American-style Wheat Ale will soar into your heart with a feathery touch of Crystal hops that round out the refreshing, bready character derived from wheat and our special blended yeast. The addition of cranberries to our “crushable” wheat ale transforms it into a crisp and fruity delight.

8. CLOUDFIGHT

[Double IPA / 8.0%] Featuring Motueka and Idaho 7 with some experimental “Pink 158” added in, the strength of this Double IPA is well masked in fruity notes of lime, pineapple and apricot. Don’t be fooled. This one’s got some fight in it.

9. KARIN'S WINGS

[Pale Ale / 4.6%] Brewed in memory of Karin Rose Pierson. Wife, Mother, and animal lover who last her fight to cancer almost 10 years ago This hazy pale ale was brewed with Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe Cryo hops, which impart fruity notes of melon, guava and grapefruit. Karin’s Wings is part of the Melesa’s Wings initiative alongside dozens of other breweries who have named their “wings” beer in honor of someone who lost their battle to cancer. Proceeds from this beer will be donated to Memorial Sloan Kettering for cancer research.

10. HOLLOW GROUND

[Sweet Stout w/ Cocoa Nibs / 5.3%] Brewed with 50% crystal and roasted malts, this one is packed with character, which is enhanced by being aged on Ecuadorean cocoa nibs. It’s full bodied and complex yet has a pleasant, dry, bittersweet chocolate finish.

11. INTRICATE ORDER V.7

[India Pale Ale w/ Riwaka & Elani / 6.5%] A continuing exploration of nature’s balance: a steady malt base meets a new hop duo. Riwaka brings bright citrus, tropical zest, and a touch of diesel funk, while Elani adds sweet orange, pineapple, and soft tropical depth — forming a vibrant, expressive IPA.

12. SHADOWPLAY

[Schwarzbier / 4.5%] It's a German style of black lager made with "de-bittered" dark roasted malt, which imparts the color and pleasant toasted flavor without the astringency one might expect. The soft flavors and smooth texture are enhanced by the subtle character of Hallertau hops.
