Brewed according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516 using imported malts and Crystal hops, this American craft golden lager is balanced and satisfying. It’s the perfect beer to wash down a Ripper or enjoy with your favorite pizza.
2. APEX PREDATOR
[New England IPA / 6.8%]
At the top of the food chain this New England-style IPA will sink its talons into your palate with loads of fruity character derived from Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops.
3. RAVENDARK
[Export Stout / 7.3%]
The aggressive use of roasted grains lend the intense and complex flavors of coffee and cocoa to this mighty foreign-style stout. It will transport you to a dark realm where you just might feel Immortal.
4. LEAVES TURN
[Nut Brown Ale / 4.3%]
British Maris Otter and Brown malts comprise the bulk of the grist in this autumnal classic. The toasted malt flavors perfectly match the season as we watch leaves turn color and then fall from the trees.
5. SAISON D'AUTOMNE
[Fall Saison w/ Handpicked Herbs / 7.3%]
Our atypical fall beer uses herbs harvested from my property to accentuate the peppery, perfumy character of the style. Lemon Balm, bee balm, sassafras, catnip and spearmint collaborate with the Belgian yeast and a finishing dose of NY-grown Heritage hops to create a complex, herbaceous bouquet and flavor.
6. INTRICATE ORDER, VOL. 5
[India Pale Ale / 6.5%]
A different combination of hops will be featured in this series to express the essence of the selected hops and the way their characteristics combine. The malt base will be standardized but this version is brewed with Motueka and Mosaic.
7. BIG HEAD'S HOWITZER
[Bohemian Pilsner / 4.8%]
Czech "Sekado" Pilsner malt provides the base and Czech Saaz hops impart bitterness and a distinctive herbal noble hop character to this classic style.

8. CHERRY DAEDALION
[American Wheat + Cherries / 4.0%]
Named after a character from Ovid’s Metamorphoses who was transformed into a hawk by Apollo, this American-style Wheat Ale will soar into your heart with a feathery touch of Crystal hops that round out the refreshing, bready character derived from wheat and our special blended yeast. The addition of Montmorency Cherries to our “crushable” wheat ale transforms it into a crisp and fruity delight.
9. ROB'S WINGS
[West Coast IPA / 7.0%]
Brewed in honor of Rob MacDonald who lost his battle to pancreatic cancer in 2019. This brew is dank and fruity with a pronounced bitterness from Altus hops followed by a generous addition of Chinook in later additions including the dry hops, which also contain Simcoe and El Dorado.
Rob’s Wing is part of the Melesa’s Wings initiative alongside dozens of other breweries who have named their “wings” beer in honor of someone who lost their battle to cancer. Proceeds from this beer will be donated to Memorial Sloan Kettering for cancer research.
10. ANIMIST ELIXIR
[Hazy Pale Ale / 5.5%]
Brewed with 2-row malt and 3 different flaked grains then hopped with Galaxy and Moutere, this hazy Pale Ale has an aroma of pineapple and passion fruit, a soft texture and flavors of more tropical and stone fruits.
GEISTERFALKE
[CAN POUR / Festbier / 5.8%]
While many think of Märzen when they hear Oktoberfest, this beer is brewed to the modern style of lager served on the "Wiesn" in Munich today. German malts lend the deep gold color and dominate the flavor while subtle hops bring balance and complexity. Plus, it's just strong enough to make you want to do the chicken dance! Zum wohl!
HIMMELWEIZEN
[CAN POUR / Bavarian Hefeweizen / 4.0%]
German Wheat, Pilsner and Munich malts are the foundation for the expressive nature of a special strain of yeast that imparts distinctive banana notes with a hint of cloves. It's crisp and refreshing with a soft, bready character.
IN CIRCLES
[CAN POUR / Hoppy Saison / 5.2%]
Implementing hops of a more noble nature brings a floral and herbal character that perfectly complements the assertive spicy and peppery nature of the farmhouse yeast used in fermentation. NZ Wakatu in the kettle impart citrus and floral flavors along with a mild bitterness. Loral Cryo as a dry hop addition brings more floral and herbal notes to the fore to balance the assertive nature of the yeast.
