GHOST HAWK LAGER
[Kellerbier / 5.0%]
Brewed according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516 using imported malts and Crystal hops, this American craft golden lager is balanced and satisfying. It’s the perfect beer to wash down a Ripper or enjoy with your favorite pizza.APEX PREDATOR
[New England IPA / 6.8%]
At the top of the food chain this New England-style IPA will sink its talons into your palate with loads of fruity character derived from Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops.UPDRAFT
[Anniversary Maibock / 6.5%]
As hawks that migrate in the spring are aided by the air currents rising from mountain ridges, so will this uplifting lager help us all through these trying times. The golden hue, pleasant malty character and soft finish will surely lift your spirits. This year's malts include Pilsner, Munich, and Acidulated Malt with a complimentary addition of Mandarina Bavaria hops.SOLARVORE
[Export Stout / 7.2%]
This tenebrous rite will shun the sun and all its rays. Roasted notes in the aroma give way to a charred yet smooth flavor while espresso notes emerge from the lucifugous gloom. In this darkness the sun has drowned, the sun has ceased. INTRICATE ORDER VOL. 8
[Hazy IPA / 6.3%]
Azacca and Nelson Sauvin are the stars of the eighth installment of this dual-hop series. *The supporting role goes to Alora to bring it all together! ROAD TO NOWHERE
[Hazy IPA / 7.5%]
Brewed with Pilsner, wheat and dextrin malts with a little flaked rye added for the base, this hazy juice bomb was fermented with blended yeast. Combined with Idaho 7, Citra and Krush a tropical fruit punch of flavors results with notes of mango, pineapple and orange.ROLLING HILLS
[Landbier / 4.5%]
Isaria 1924 is the oldest approved malting barley in Germany and it provides the base for this “country lager”. With a light addition of GR Spalter Select hops it has a pleasant cracker and biscuit flavor and subtle, soft notes of spice. WAYWARD HELLION
[Belgian Golden Ale / 7.8%]
At first it seems so innocent and benign. Light in color, creamy white foam, easy drinking with a soft, spicy character... but wait! You’ve been duped! This is a wolf in sheep’s clothing! It’s too late. This “devil of a beer” has its teeth in you now. There’s no escape. HAWK JAMS
[Hazy IPA / 6.8%]
We collaborated with our friends at Brix City Brewing to create this hazy treat. Anchovy hops went into a steep while Dolcita and NZ Motueka were used in the dry hop. It has an aroma of melon and stone fruit and candy-like flavors of melon, peaches and lime.YELLOW CARD
[Session Pale Ale / 4.4%]
We collaborated with the gentlemen at Varitage Brewing to create this summer refresher. Zappa hops are accented with some Anchovy to create a complex aroma of tropical fruit and citrus with a hint of fruity pebbles. BACKYARD DREAMS
[English Style Summer Ale / 4.2%]
(Can Pour)
Made with English floor-malted Maris Otter malt, which lends a soft, bready character while a light addition of Alora hops impart subtle hints of hay, flowers and a touch of strawberry. It’s the perfect backyard libation.bottom of page
